INSPECTING RANKS NON PENSIONABLE SUPPLEMENT

At the meeting of the Police Negotiating Board on 6th February 2008 in London it was agreed that the Inspecting Ranks Non Pensionable Supplement would be frozen at the present rate for those in receipt of it. A review of this allowance will be conducted in 2009 by an agreed independent party and would include the collation of hours worked by all Inspecting Ranks within P.S.N.I. from March 2008 until February 2009.

In effect there will be no change to this allowance or to those eligible for it until the conclusion of this review and any decision on the review recommendation will not be made before the July 2009 meeting of the Police Negotiating Board.
