The Police Federation (PFNI) represents Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) Officers inclusive of all ranks from Constable to Chief Inspector, also including over 500 Police Officers Part Time.

The PFNI is a representative body, similar to a Trade Union but without the right to resort to industrial action.

Our statutory remit is 'Welfare and Efficiency'.
