Review of Police Injury Awards Arrangements Published

As members will have heard today the Department of Justice has published this morning the final report of the review panel.  In general terms it meets the criticisms of the previous arrangements.  The full report can be accessed here

The Chairman of the Federation says “the report has to be welcomed and is a sympathetic response by the Minister of Justice to the long running campaign by the Federation to help serving and retired officers who were unfairly treated under the previous arrangements”.
