The Police Federation (PFNI) represents Police Service of Northern Ireland Officers inclusive of all ranks from Constable to Chief Inspector, also including 595 Police Officers Part Time.

The PFNI is a representative body, similar to a Trade Union but without the right to resort to industrial action.

Our statutory remit is 'Welfare and Efficiency'.
