This is a short list of useful legislation for PFNI Safety Representatives; it is by no means exhaustive.

It should always be remembered that Article 8 of the Health and Safety at Work Order (NI) 1978, places an onus on all employees in regard to their own Health & Safety and co-operation with the employer in this respect.
