The Police Federation for Northern Ireland represents 7500 male and female Police Service of Northern Ireland Officers inclusive of all ranks from Constable to Chief Inspector, also including 440 Full Time Reserve Constables and 725 Police Officers Part Time.

The Police Federation is a representative body, similar to a Trade Union but without the right to resort to industrial action.

Our statutory remit is 'Welfare and Efficiency'.
