Ricci Coulter - Treasurer February 2007 - Present

Ricci joined the Royal Ulster Constabulary in 1975. He served as a Constable in South Armagh and South Down. On promotion to Sergeant, he was transferred to Belfast, serving in Dunmurry, Musgrave Street and Castlereagh.

Having been elected to the Federation in 1995, he was elected as Regional Board Secretary in 1998. He joined Central Committee in 2004 and was appointed as Health and Safety Co-ordinator in 2005. Ricci represents the Federation on the Joint UK Health and Safety Group.

He was elected as Treasurer of the Police Federation for Northern Ireland on 22 February 2007.
