Insurers will pay up to two claims per member per year, to a maximum of £1,000 per gadget claim / £1,150 per mobile phone claim for repair or replacement as applicable in the event of:
- Accidental damage
- Accidental loss (mobile phones only)
- Liquid damage
- Fraudulent call use
Additional cover can be extended to include other resident family members (on payment of an additional premium).
Mobile phones/gadgets must be less than 36 months old at commencement of cover with a valid proof of purchase, thereafter no age limit applies. Items purchased second hand or outside of the UK are not covered under this policy. A policy excess of £25 will be applied to items valued up to £50 (when new) and £50 for items valued over £250 (when new).
