Holiday Pay Update 15th January 2024
A Case Management Preliminary Hearing took place on the 8th January 2024.
A number of issues were discussed at the hearing including the date from which members can claim and cost of living /interest, on top of any additional holiday payments. No determination or agreement has been made on any such points.
The respondents have until the 5th February 2024 to respond to our Position paper which was presented to them in advance of this hearing. A further case management hearing will take place on the 8th March 2024 and updates will follow that hearing.
