Police Pension Employment Tribunal update
Counsel for the Department of Justice has previously confirmed that the new secondary Regulations will be implemented by 1st October 2023.
The case management hearing in respect of the Police Pension tribunal case has been adjourned to 19th October.
Work is on-going with the legal team to establish lead claimants so claims can be progressed substantively.
