Holiday Pay Mediation Update - September 2021

As previously notified a mediation process has commenced in respect of the Holiday Pay case. Sir Paul Girvan QC has been agreed by all parties and duly appointed in the mediator role. A series of case conference and mediation meetings are scheduled between now and mid-December 2021. A further update will be provided once this process has concluded.”
