Holiday Pay Update - 7th March 2022

By way of update for those involved in the ongoing Holiday Pay case our legal advisors have indicated that PSNI unfortunately been unable to obtain the required authorisation from the Department of Finance in respect of agreeing a potential financial settlement. Although the mediation process will continue the decision has been made to seek to re-list the case for hearing at the Supreme Court. This could be later this year but a date will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Our legal advisors have separately updated our cadre of claimants to confirm this. A further update will be provided when more information becomes available.
