Holiday Pay Update - 4th January 2019

As you will be aware the Chief Constable has lodged an appeal in respect of the Tribunal Ruling on Holiday Pay.

By way of update, I can inform you that this case has been listed for hearing at the Court of Appeal on the 8th and 9th of April 2019.

It is not anticipated that witnesses will be required to give further evidence at this point as the Court will hear legal arguments only.

We will keep you updated as soon as further information becomes available.
